Mr Francis Adefarati
(Acting Chairman)

He holds a Bachelor of Science(Hons) degree in Chemistry, Post Graduate studies in Surface Coating Technology. He is a Chartered Chemist (C.Chem),a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC) London, a Fellow of the Chemical Society of Nigeria (FCSN). He is widely experienced in building and coating Industries. Chairman of his home town Community Bank in Ondo State, he is currently the Managing Director of Falcon Chemicals Nigeria Ltd.


Mr Abimbola Olayinka
(Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer)

He holds a B.sc in Mathematics and Master of Computer Science both from the University of Lagos, Akoka. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT). A fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society (FNCS) and member of the Nigeria Computer Professionals of Nigeria (MCPN). He has been an active player in the industry and has occupied key positions in well renowned establishments.

Prior to joining Resort Savings and Loans Plc, He has occupied vital position as the General Manager/CEO of Oasis Savings and Loans Limited (PMI) and an Assistant General Manager, Safetrust Savings and Loans Limited (PMI), with over 17 years experience in Mortgage Banking Industry, He brings to Resort a wealth of experience to drive the organization to greater heights.


Mr Sylvanus Ezendu

Currently a Director in Texaco Nigeria Plc, Chief Ezendu is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas sector. His career spans over a period of 25 years in the operations of the activities of the oil majors that include Gulf Oil Company Nigeria Ltd, Texaco Nigeria Plc and Chevron Nigeria Ltd. He is Executive Chairman, City Links Investment Ltd.

Mr Solomon Adegbaju

• He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Economics
• MBA Finance
• Associate, Certified Institute of Pension
• He is currently the General Manager Shalom Investment Security limited (Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange)
