  • Iinitial deposit is N50,000.00 and above
  • Maximum mortgage loan of N10,000,000 (Ten Million Naira)
  • Maintenance of deposit account for six months and above.
  • Participant contributes at least 30% and gets considered for banking loanof maximum 70% of total requirement.
  • Loan repayable between Five (5) to Ten (10) years period.
  • Personal accident insurance cover availabel during the period of savings.
  • Available to NHFcontributors and non-contributors
