The company assists individuals to acquire properties, own land and further develop such land to houses under mortgage arrangements. It is capable of owning land, developing and acquiring houses for resale to new owners for profit. In consonance with its quest to excite its customers further, it has set a target for itself to achieve a minimum of 85% success rate for customer applications under the NHF Scheme. Resort is willing to extend this service to qualifying customers in the Diaspora who can provide evidence of tangible contribution for at least six months.
