Abimbola Olayinka - (Managing Director/CEO)

He holds a B.sc in Mathematics and Master of Computer Science both from the University of Lagos, Akoka. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT). A fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society (FNCS) and member of the Nigeria Computer Professionals of Nigeria (MCPN). He has been an active player in the industry and has occupied key positions in well renowned establishments.
Prior to joining Resort Savings and Loans Plc, He has occupied vital position as the General Manager/CEO of Oasis Savings and Loans Limited (PMI) and an Assistant General Manager, Safetrust Savings and Loans Limited (PMI), with over 12 years experience in Mortgage Banking Industry, He brings to Resort a wealth of experience to drive the organization to greater heights. |
Kayode Kalesanwo - (Executive Director)
He holds a B.Sc in Economics. In Nigeria, he worked as a merchant banker with more than 14 years experience gained from working with NAL Merchant Bank and Rims Merchant Bank. During his banking career he attended various courses, seminars, conferences and training programmes locally and abroad in the UK and US on venture capital, corporate finance, investment banking, credit analysis, project appraisal and finance, structured trade finance and equipment leasing.
Prior to joining RDL in October 2008, he was the Managing Director/Chief Executive of REDMAF Investment Services Limited, a property investment and mortgage brokerage outfit in the UK. While in the UK he also worked, for more than 10 years with major registered social landlords and housing associations; who are the major providers of social housing.
Mrs. Olajumoke Fashanu - (Head, Treasury and Investment)
She is a graduate and associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She has over 14 years experience in Finance and Business Development.
Prior to her coming on board, Olajumoke was the Chief Accountant of Leaders & Company, publishers of Thisday Newspaper. She was also with Jumosec Mortgage Bankers as the General Manager. Her in-depth knowledge and understanding of Mortgage Banking within the Nigerian economy is of remarkable value to Resort Savings and Loans Ltd.
Aliu Oshoke - (Head, Infomation, Communication Technology)
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Federal Polytechnic Oko. He also has a Diploma (Data Processing) from the University of Lagos. He is a member of Institute of Data Processing and Management London. He joined Resort Savings and Loans Ltd from Allstates Trust Bank Plc where he served in various capacities for 13 years. He held various positions which include Head, Branch operations and Management, Zonal IT Resource Manager (East), Head, Card Systems Management. He is well grounded in Systems Operations issues.
Pascal O. Chikwendu - MBA, FCA (Business Development Manager, Ikeja)
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Accountancy from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. He has about 20 years post qualification senior management experience in mortgage and commercial banking as well as Professional Lecturer in Advance Accounting at University of Port Harcourt.
Joseph Jibunoh - (Head, Legal and Risk Management)

He is a versatile corporate counsel with over 10 years post graduation experience in diverse sectors which includes, general law practice, universal banking, investments, mortgage finance, general insurance, life insurance and pension funds administration. A 1996 LL.B (Hons) graduate of the University of Lagos, Called to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, in early 1998. Prior to joining Resort Savings and Loans Plc, He has worked with the Lagos based law firm of Usman and Elema and then Messrs. K.C Okwu and Associates, also based in Lagos. Mr. Jibunoh has also worked on Centre Point Merchant Bank (now Unity Bank Plc). Walter Scott Associates (Investment Solicitors) as managing partner and Standard Alliance Group, as Group Legal Adviser. |
Aderemi Oladipupo - (Head, Internal Control)
He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Accounting from the Ogun State University, Ago Iwoye (now Olabisi Onabanjo University). He is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAN). He has over 14 years experience in Finance and Audit and Investigations.
Prior to his joining Resort Savings and Loans Plc, He worked with various organizations including Tell Communications Limited as Deputy Accountant as well as Internal Audit Manager. He later moved to Berger Paints Nigeria Plc as Internal Audit Manager where he was in charge of controls and process monitoring.
Olayemi Rabiu - (Head, Finance & Admin)
He has over sixteen years post qualification experience in professional accounting practice, general commerce, Banking and Finance. He is a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACIT) and a graduate of Banking and Finance from University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba Lagos.
He was Audit Manager (A.O. Popoola & Co. Chartered Accountants), General Manager, Ruthstar Limited (Textile Manufacturing Company) and Head of Finance & Administration at Oasis Savings & Loans Limited (Mortgage Bankers). He brought these antecedents to strengthen the team of Resort Savings & Loans Plc as Head of Finance & Admin.
Tunji Akinyoade - (Business Development Manager - Lagos)
He holds HND in Business Studies and MSc. Banking & Finance. Mr. Akinyoade is an experienced Banker with over two decades experience, having worked variously at First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Commercial Bank Credit Lyonnaise Nigeria Ltd, Supreme Savings & Loans Ltd and Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund, before joining Resort Savings & Loans Plc.
Sinclair Kalu Nsi - (Business Development Manager – Abuja)
He holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from Abia State University, Uturu and Masters in Management from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is also a student Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants if Nigeria (ICAN). He has been an active player in the Banking industry and has occupied key positions in well renowned establishment.
Prior to joining Resort Savings & Loans Plc, he has occupied vital positions as a Deputy Manager (Remedial Assets), Finbank Plc and an Assistant Manager (Credit and Marketing) NUB Int’l Bank Ltd. With over 12 years experience both in Commercial and Mortgage banking industry, he brings to Resort a wealth of experience to drive the organization to greater heights.
Maobughichi Ibeji - (Business Development Manager , Boyle Street)
He holds a B Sc. and MBA respectively in Business Management, in addition to the M Sc. in Energy Studies with specialization in International Oil and Gas Management from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) of the University of Dundee, Scotland. He is equally a member of the British Institute of Energy Economics and International Association for Energy Economics.
Prior to joining Resort Savings and Loans Plc, he worked as a Quality Control Administrator at Mount West Services Limited, Aberdeen, Scotland where he was exposed to the dynamics of the Oil and Gas Industry. He equally brings along over 10 years experience in banking, which was acquired from Merchant Bank of Commerce (MBCOM)/Continental Trust Bank Limited, Citizens International Bank Limited, FSB International Bank/Fidelity Bank Plc, where he left as a branch manager/leader. He likes reading, travelling and meeting people.
Oluyemi Popoola - (Business Development Manager – Lekki)
A seasoned banker of eleven years holds a first Degree in Humanities and Masters in Business Administration. Prior to his joining Resort Savings & Loans Plc, he worked with Omega Bank Plc as a Branch Executive (Ibadan) and HT Savings and Loans Ltd as Head, Risk Management and Control. He brought his wealth of experience to Resort Savings and Loans Plc to strengthen the team of the Bank.
